Theresa Le Sliworsky

Theresa Le Sliworsky is the founder of CanSports Health & Wellness Centre which provides a holistic approach to health, incorporating integrative nutrition, rehabilitation and functional training, fitness coaching, pilates and yoga.

Nutrition, health and fitness are Theresa’s passions and she has helped countless clients overcome their battles with weight loss, body composition, health and lifestyle changes.  Her comprehensive knowledge has been gleaned from 25 years of working in the food industry in Canada and 
Japan, including food inspection, quality control, lobbyist, food design, food development, marketing and branding, a stint as a TV Chef, cooking instructor, and running her own catering company and food business, Genki Bar Foods Inc. 

Theresa has worked with Olympic athletes, professional athletes, high-performance triathlon teams, swim teams, kinesiologists, food scientists, dietitians, coaches, and trainers. All these experiences developed her understanding and appreciation of the important and intricate relationship between nutrition and training.
Her list of qualifications in nutrition and health is extensive and include being a certified Fitgenes and AWL practitioner as well as Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Exercise Nutrition Coach, and she is an exceptional Pilates and Master Functional instructor, utilising her broad knowledge gained by her ongoing studies and ensuing certifications.
